Children’s Water Festival

-Notice-
April 6, 2020

In abundance of caution and to safeguard the health and safety of event participants, the 2020 Timmins Children’s Water Festival has been cancelled due to the growing concerns related to COVID-19.

It is essential to invest in educating our students and we hope that you will join us next year for this fun and educational event.

We sincerely thank you for your interest in participating in the Festival and we appreciate your understanding.

About the Water Festival

The Timmins Children’s Water Festival (TCWF) is a free program offered to schools. It motivates students in grades 4-6 to become water stewards in their home, classroom, school and community. It features hands-on curriculum based activity centres based on different water themes such as protection, conservation, science and technology.

The TCWF works in partnership with educators, community volunteers, conservation groups, industry and government to create a festival full of activities that are educational and fun for children.
